Damages
Pet Cherish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

30-Day Refund & Return Policy
Refunds:
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at petcherishsa@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return shipping label and the address for sending your item back. Once your return is accepted, we will process a refund that includes the purchase price and any applicable return shipping fees.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.

How does the guarantee Work?
- If you are not happy with your product because it was not what you expected or fell short of your expectation and wish for your money back, you can simply email us or whatsapp us within 30 days of purchasing the product and we will start the return process with you.
When does my order ship?
- We work to package and ship within 1 business day(except if it falls on a weekend). The moment an order is placed we it is with the couriers typically within 48hrs. In some cases if within the main metro's you could get it same day.
Do you have a click and collect option?
- No, unfortunately we do not have collection points. Orders ship directly to your door through our couriers.

How do i track my order?
- You will be updated through our system via email or whatsapp if you opted in for this. From the time it leaves our location until its final destination you will notified.
