Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. All rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or whatsapp( once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while Petcherish endeavors to meet the targeted delivery times for both Next Day delivery and Standard deliveries, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.

Damages

Pet Cherish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@petcherish.co.za with your order number and we will assist you in tracking down your package.
