Return & Refund Policy

Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@petcherish.co.za to initiate your return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@petcherish.co.za so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned,

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please first return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
