If you are not happy with your product because it was not what you expected or fell short of your expectation and wish for your money back, you can simply email us or whatsapp us within 30 days of purchasing the product and we will gladly refund you.

When will my order ship

We work to package and ship within 1 business day(except if it falls on a weekend). The moment an order is placed we ship it off to the couriers typically within 48hrs. In some cases if you reside within the main metro's you could get it same day.

Do you have click and collect options

No, unfortunately we do not have collection points as we are an online store. Orders are shipped directly to your door through our couriers.
