The following Delivery Policy is only valid for merchandise purchased via the Petcherish website (“the Webstore”). This policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs. Delivery time : 2- 4 days Delivery (2 to 4 working days) is subject to stock availability, limited to main centres and only applies to items accordingly identified. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the case of a mixed basket, our standard delivery policy of 2-5 working days will apply. We can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, unless otherwise stipulated or agreed upon. Standard Deliveries will be made within 2-4 business days upon acceptance of your order.

Refund policy We have a 30-day free returns and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return IF the product was received with a defect or damaged, we will replace it FREE of charge. Simply show proof of the product in a damaged/defective state upon receiving it with pictures or video. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
