How does the guarantee Work?

  • If you are not happy with your product because it was not what you expected or fell short of your expectation and wish for your money back, you can simply email us or whatsapp us within 30 days of purchasing the product and we will start the return process with you.

When does my order ship?

  • We work to package and ship within 1 business day(except if it falls on a weekend). The moment an order is placed we it is with the couriers typically within 48hrs. In some cases if within the main metro's you could get it same day.

Do you have a click and collect option?

  • No, unfortunately we do not have collection points. Orders ship directly to your door through our couriers. 

Can I amend my order?

  • Simply send us a whatsapp on 069 594 8161 or email petcherish@gmail.com and we'll assist best we can depending on the request.

How do i track my order?

  • You will be updated through our system via email or whatsapp if you opted in for this. From the time it leaves our location until its final destination you will notified.

Where are you located? 

  • We are an online store located in Gauteng, Johannesburg area with no business premises for walk-ins.
